These "Terms and Conditions" do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
PC Home Rescue is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration reference: ZA158788 and observes and follows the Data Protection Act of 1998, we will never disclose or sell your personal details to any third party, we will only ever use your personal details to enable us to carry out our business.
All work shall be paid for in full upon completion of any work completed. All parts supplied shall remain the property of PC Home Rescue until such time that the payment has been received in full.
Unless stated otherwise on our invoice all new parts provided by PC Home Rescue carry a 90 day limited parts only warranty. If any parts supplied and fitted by PC Home Rescue become faulty within this period we will replace those parts up to their original invoice value excluding any labour charge, this warranty does not cover glass breakage no matter how it was caused, damage caused by dropping the device, bending, stressing, excessive heat or damage caused by liquid spillage. Should it become impossible to repair your device you may be offered a refund up to the value of the original invoice. Any parts that are replaced as part of a warranty claim within the warranty period, only the original warranty expiry date will apply. If any parts supplied and fitted by PC Home Rescue are removed or replaced by a third party then any warranty provided by PC Home Rescue will immediately become null and void and any faulty part or parts would need to be returned to the manufacturer at your own expense. Any additional parts provided and any additional labour costs incurred from a third party will not be covered by any warranty offered by PC Home Rescue.
PC Home Rescue are not responsible for the loss of any customer data, software or licences, it is the customers own responsibility to make sure they back up their own data, software and licences prior to PC Home Rescue commencing any work on their equipment.
I pride myself on giving good service and workmanship however; should you have a complaint about my service or any goods supplied by PC Home Rescue then please contact me immediately. You will be contacted as soon as possible and I aim to provide a resolution within 7 working days. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner.
PC Home Rescue will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date and time given when booking in for the repair to be completed. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of PC Home Rescue then the customer will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and an alternative date and time agreed for the repair to be completed.
